City of Tempe Parking Garage, Tempe, AZ (2007-2009)
This $16 million 174,000 square foot parking garage includes offices, retail spaces and 438 parking spaces.  The exterior is clad in imported stone tile.  Natural ventilation is provided through punched openings with perforated metal screens.  The garage has a post-tensioned concrete structural system. 

William Peoples managed working drawings and performed construction admin services for this project as a project architect at Stantec.  This project was delivered in a hybrid fast-track method.
